The worst poem I have ever written (for some femboy who made me lose NoSimpSeptember who I've only seen three times)

Your eyes, already mesmerizing as they are,
Separate my soul from my body when you line them with kohl,
I live to catch glimpses of you,
Of your soft hair and innocent face,
And to hear your gentle voice,
How like a rare flower you seem to me,
One that I want to protect,
But most of all, I wonder,
Are you kind?
My heart's been broken more times than I can count,
And it's more delicate than your pretty hands,
I wonder if I could trust you,
But for now I think,
What is life but to be near you?
